BONUS & CREDIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Terms about the 100% BONUS
1.1. By opening an account under this Bonus program, the Client acknowledges that he has read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as to the Company Terms and Conditions.
1.2. The Company has the right to amend, alter or terminate these Bonus & Credit conditions at its sole discretion, and at any time without notice.
1.3. A bonus can be accessed after a minimum of 200$.
1.4. The Company reserves the right to refuse offering the 100% Bonus at its sole discretion without the need to provide justification.
1.5. If the Company suspects that a Client has abused or attempted to abuse a promotion, or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards us, then the Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny, withhold or withdraw from that Client the Bonus or credit or promotion and if necessary to cancel any terms and conditions with respect to that Client, either temporarily or permanently, or terminate that Client's access to the service and/or block that Client's Account.
1.6. Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by the Company Management in a fair manner.
1.7. The 100% Bonus only applies on first deposits and at the company’s sole discretion also on re-deposits of more than $10,000. An internal transfer between Forexderiv ORDERS AND CONTRACT accounts is not counted as a deposit. Hence, the application for a bonus cannot be submitted for a deposit made by internal transfer.
1.8. Once a client completes the volume requirement, they will need to send an email to support@forexderiv.com requesting the bonus to be released and to rehabilitate withdrawal options.

2. Operating Terms
2.1. To withdraw the Bonus from your account you need to first accumulate 10 times the amount of your bonus and be eligible for limit withdrawals.
EXAMPLE: You receive $200 bonus. For the received bonus to be considered as part of your balance, your need to make it grow til $2000. To withdraw it if on Forexderiv ORDERS account, it is largely possible as the minimum withdrawal on that account is $1000. On Forexderiv CONTRACT account, you need to meet the minimum withdraw-able amount which varies upon which CONTRACT you are in.
2.2. These conditions are valid for any Trading Bonus and Trading Credit (independent of the bonus percentage and/or amount)
2.3. Unless all requirements of the program are met, you can´t withdraw.
2.4. Trading Bonuses and Credits cannot be transferred between, or from Eligible Clients’ trading Accounts within the Company.
2.5. These Terms and Conditions are made in English language. Any other language translation is provided as a convenience only. In the case of any inconsistency or discrepancy between original English texts and their translation into any other language original versions of English shall prevail.

3. General Terms about the 30 USD Welcome CREDIT
30 USD Welcome Bonus key points:
3.1.The Welcome credit is a balance bonus of 30 USD on Forexderiv ORDERS..
3.2.Profit will be unblocked for withdrawal once min required terms are met (check 2.Operating Terms)
3.3.Once the first attempt for profit withdrawal is confirmed by the Client, The Welcome bonus will be removed from the Client’s account though he keeps his profits.
3.4.Bonus duration is 30 calendar days.
3.5. Forexderiv reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion. Promotion may be offered by the Company from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts.
3.6. The Welcome Bonus is a special no deposit welcome balance bonus for clients, which is given on an individual basis at the discretion of the Company.
3.7. The Welcome Bonus is for introductory purposes and only for new clients from non-restricted countries, who are interested in opening a live account with Forexderiv but are unable to invest at the moment.
3.8. Note these specifications:
--Only verified users can participate in the promotion. For verification, a user should verify his/her mobile phone number, e-mail, and upload the scan of all required documents. The Company reserves the right to require additional documents for identification.
--Each client can receive a Welcome Bonus only once.
--The employees of the Company and their family members cannot participate in the promotion.
--The Client’s account participating in this promotion, cannot be used for other promotions of the Company.
--Forexderiv reserves the right to reject a bonus request or block the account with the Welcome Bonus, if there is a partial or complete match of IP address or other signs of another Welcome Bonus belonging to the same person.
--The Welcome Bonus can be used for the period of 30 calendar days from the day of depositing it to the Client's Account. After the 30-days period is over, the Welcome Bonus gets deducted from the account, as well as unclaimed profits gained with the aid of this bonus.
--The Client can withdraw profits gained with the aid of the Welcome Bonus. Once the first withdrawal is made, 30$ will be deducted from the Client's Account.
--All profits earned with the aid of the Welcome Bonus are deemed to be null and void, if the account holder has provided incorrect, false or misleading information during the registration process.
3.9. At all times, Forexderiv reserves the right to amend, change or cancel this promotion without any prior notice to current or prospective promotion participants.
